I have been looking at properties from all over the country. One big problem I have is that there are too many properties that I do not know which ones I should focus on. I am thinking about creating a tool where it gives a preliminary rank based on the investment potential of all the available properties so that I can do more thorough research on the top ones first.

My question is: is this the right way of approaching this and will you find this type of tool useful?

I think you are on the right track.

What would this tool analyze? Price, market population growth, rent, etc?

I think there’s a lot of moving pieces with that. Maybe have a market ranking & a property ranking?

Also are you looking at off-market properties or turnkey?
