Do I need(would it be wise) to work with an agent for forclosure lists, market reports & comps? Would it be of value instead of researching all yourself? I think “it depends”. I know you hear that a lot in this business. If you can find an agent that works with investors and is willing to help, then it can save you tons of time and effort. The key is finding the right person.
