just ran across a 3br(poss. 5)/3ba…old farm house. bank wanted 75,000 and just came down to 67,900. needs major fix-up about 40-50,000. brand new homes in area have been sold for 200-240,000. in recent years and they have less BR…do i jump on this and make an offer?..and if so how do i make an offer?(i’m scared if i make an offer i won’t be able to get the money)…i would have to use hard money if so…is this property worth it???
