Disclosures needed to do wholesale deals in CA


To do a wholesale deal in California, what kind of disclosures would we need to provide any of our end buyers? As a wholesaler, would we need to get any disclosures from the seller or would the ‘as is’ condition stipulated in our assignment contract negate the need for any disclosures we’d need to send to our prospective end buyer?

Check with your Title company or escrow. If they can’t tell you maybe you should check with a RE attorney. If you belong to an investing club ask them there.
