Disclosres

I am rehabbing a REO. The property was sold as is. When I go to resell, do I have anything to disclose sice I did not have any from the back?

I guess you should disclose anything material that you find during the time you owned the property… I recognize that “material” is probably a very big word… In my mind it is similar to pornography - as someone said once… It is hard to define it, but I know it is it when I see it…

Hope this helps… good luck!

Keith - awesome… and I thought about googling it to find out who said it… I am glad I did not waste my time searching for it… :O) Now let’s see how good you really are… Who said the following: “Imagination is more important than knowledge”? This is why I don’t seek knowledge - I only dream about the future… :O)

Do your disclosure. On items where you don’t have any knowledge, write “unknown”.

Albert Einstein…the entire quote is, “Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.”

He tried never to memorize any specific thing but, rather, where to look it up.

Keith

Keith - Now I am really impressed… Kudos to you! And thank you for sharing the rest of the quote… It is more meaningful when you explain it… Thanks.

leal - sorry for stealing your thread… What was you wanted to know? :O)
