Hello,

I would like to invest in Foreclosures and flip them. Any ideas where I can start?

I have roughly $20k-50K to start with additional 20k a month in cash flow from other investments.

Any help would be great.

Short Sales of course. It takes minimal money and little time to have instant equity. I will help. Just can’t log in here everytime. Thanks
