Where is a good place to get a list to narrow down prospects on a direct marketing campaign? I am looking into using Dataquick.com to generate my list. Is this a good strategy? Also were can I get postcards for a reasonable price with good quality?
Make friends with a title company. They can give you lists of prospects for free as long as you agree to close and have your title searches run through them.
I use Vistaprint.com and click2mail for my post cards you may want to check them out,also I’m looking to start a post card marketing campaign for FIZBOS/FSBO that maybe facing foreclosure any ideas on what to say on the post card ?
