I am trying to do a direct mail campaign geared towards multifamily property owners of 5 units to 20 units. I would like to know if sending yellow letters would be okay since these are smaller properties or should I send a more sophisticated typewritten letter? Also what should I say to these type of owners in my letters? Thank you.
Why can’t you try digital marketing? you can do email campaigning. that will help you for sure
A yellow letter would work just fine. Remember any kind of marketing is just supposed to get your phone to ring. It’s up to you to close the deal. Hand address the envelope.
