How do we get a list of multifamily owners in Dallas Texas. We want to do a diect mailing to them.

Call the title company you deal with… They can give them to you and I get mine from them for free.

My title company is saying they can’t do it.

How should I ask for them and who in the title company should I talk to. I’m in Dallas.

Find a title company that specializes in commercial properties, that being apartment in this case.

Title companies in Texas are not allowed to give out lists. It is a Texas thing
