…i’m staring at 500 plus pre-foreclosures. I have narrowed my list down to the properties listed with realtors that are final judgements.
I have had little luck as most of them have contracts… it seems this would be the easiest way to offer a contract but most of the good ones I’ve picked seem to have been sold for near list price. I’m now prepared to do direct mailing but am wondering if anyone can help me with what to say in the letter… and furthermore, should it be a letter or postcard??? HELP!!!
