Does anyone market to this list? Any luck?
That’s what I am trying to do right now. I clicked your link and saw that you are in Pennsylvania. I am in Texas and I don’t know how it works there but here they are allowed to go without paying their taxes for years and years. I’ve found properties that haven’t had taxes paid since 1967. The county/school board eventually sues that owner and after many chances to rectify the situation(including paying a few hundred dollars the day before the sale) the home is sold to the highest bidder on the courthouse steps.
I’ve sent out a few(very few) letters but I got no response. I got a much better response with phone calls.
I am new to this forum, and I am just curious if this has produced any responses for you.
I have thought about this before, and never really looked into it.
