There is also, in the left column, an “Investing Glossary” and a list of “Investing Abbreviations”. They are by no means fully encpmpassing but:
Bird Dog - someone who identifies a potential good real estate investment opportunity and passes that deal on to another investor for a fee.
A bird dog does not contract for real estate - he/she just finds potential deals and then points them out to their investors for a pre-determined price. Because you are selling “information” and not real estate, you can be underage, unemployed, underfuded (e.g., broke), have bad credit, etc.
