Hi I am new to this place. I do allot of short sales but I am not a Realtor I am doing it

to keep the house and then fix it up and sell it for a profit (not going so well in this days)

I do it for services for investors and home owners and I usually charge 5% on the amount I bring down (if it was lets say 600,000 and I bring it down to about 350,000 I charge 250,000 5% its 12,500)
I already worked with allot of banks like
ASC
Bank of America
Ocwen
Countrywide
Wamu
citi
Wilshire
and more
now one investor came to me with 6 houses what has on each house a loan from chase in the amount of 481,000 (no 2nd loan or line) so I start working on one first. now when I tried to fax the Authorization its always busy finally after 3 days trying it went trough and I had the same thing with the short sale package. two days ago an owner came to me to make him a short sale and the bank is again here CHASE now I have been trieng to fax in the short sale and the authorization and its always busy and when I call chase they say this is the correct number.
so can someone here please help me out with another number what work’s? my number is for authorization 614-422-7912 for the short sale 614-422-7259
also can someone please advice me with a little help on how chase is working. is it taking long? are they ordering a drive by BPO or an interior BPO? and any info I should be aware when I work with Chase.

I had the same issue with Chase at first getting the items to go through to them via fax. You just have to keep trying. Once you get a negotiator assigned, it goes much more smoothly.
they ordered TWO interior BPOs on the last one I did. Yes, TWO, Immediately! It was a first for me too! It went very well and they actually accepted my first offer. Over 100K discount on the note!!
Are you getting that fee on the HUDs and/or paid by the lenders or paid outside of closing by the investors??

that fax number is a nightmare. took me a full week to get it through successfully.
I’m a realtor and have closed many with Chase in '08, this year has been a nightmare with them. My partner called them just this morning and they told her to try faxing during odd hours. :banghead
my coworker was trying to modify a home loan for a family member and it took him 2 weeks to get the authorization fax to go through, they told him the same thing about trying to fax at odd hours. best of luck.
I just got word that our Authorization just went through! :biggrin

I am working on a deal with Chase that has multiple offers. An appraisal has been done and I am just waiting for the negotiator to call me back with the number.
