Does anyone have a book or other source that deals strictly with multiple ways to structure deals?
Not sure what you are asking for. Do you mean one book that covers all ways of investing? I don’t know that such a thing exists. Seems like it would be impossible to cover so much material and keep it coherent.
I’m trying to look for something like that, too. Will you let me know if you find anything?
I was looking for a source that has case studies. The closest thing I’ve found is a book by Dolf De Roos and Gene Burns entitled “52 Homes in 52 Weeks”. It’s a fairly interesting read.
I’m not sure you will find the answers you are looking for in only one source…my shelves are loaded with Real Estate books, and these are just the ones that I bought. I often go to the library. IMHO, here are two good ones to check out if you haven’t already.
Gary Keller, “Millionaire Real Estate Investor” & John W. Schaub, “Building Wealth One House at a Time”

The Carleton Sheets course covers many type of deal structures. They have a 30 day trial for 9.95. That’s how I got started.
