They are building a construction projection with water front properties. They will divide the subdivision and sell it to the investors. I will buy a lot for a certain price, then in a few months ( 6 months) I will be able to sell it back for 20K-30K profit to the builder so buyer can build a home.
They will provide appraisal of the land and everything ( I will be buying the land at 20-30% off appraisal price)
When I ask them, why don’t the contractors buy the land and resell them. She answered “They want all the investors to profit from the project”,

Whether or not you can start with $11,000 depends mostly on your credit. Take a look at this information and then email or call me back and I will go over some more things with you.
