Do you have any recommendations for sharing deadbeat tenants with other landowners? Is is against the law to list deadbeats on a members only website? Does anyone have a computer software database for deadbeats? Thanks in advance.
Check prospective tenants out using National Tenant Network. it does criminal and credit background checks. It also checks them against landlord move out reports (moved out owing money, damage to property etc.) and checks from for court orders like evictions etc. http://www.ntnonline.com/
I second the message above. I have been using them for several years. I found out about them through my local RIEA, plus they have secured some sort of discount. Even at full price it is worth it. You can search local to your state and other states as well. Good Luck.
