Ok so I’m moving into Commercial from SFH. When bidding on a SFH I look at the number of days it has been on the market .I find the longer on the market the more motivated they are do you find this to be true for commercial.

I have found this to be true also in commercial property, however in many cases the commercial sellers have been more patient and hold out for a longer time period than most SFH owners do. So I would have to say it takes a little more time, but the rules for both commercial and residential are parallel except for the time-line.
