I will be attending the Dave Lindahl Apartment House Riches Boot Camp Oct 19-22. Just wondering if anyone had attended this event in the past and/or if anyone will be there. Evidentally I can bring a business partner, included in the package. I’m looking to live and work in Denver.

I have met Dave, but I still have not decided whether he looks better with or without hair?
I only have one friend who went through Dave’s program, she has done two apartment properties in the last 2.5 years by putting together groups of investors on each property.
Denver is a great area, I lived in Steamboat Springs during the early / mid 90’s and built custom homes in Steamboat, Vail and Aspen.

I went to Dave’s Apartment House Bootcamp in Nov. '07 and his Syndication Bootcamp in April '08. I will say his bootcamps changed my life. I now own over 800 units in 4 states. Good luck and you made a great decision. All you have to do is take MASSIVE ACTION, stay focused and do not let any challenges(there will be many) stop you from reaching your goals.

Could you please give us some details on these deals you have completed with what you have learned from the bootcamps.
I think you would be better served taking the first CCIM class (Investment Analysis). You will also meet some good contacts while at the class. I wouldn’t waste your money with Dave. You don’t need Dave you tell you that you need to take action to make money because, it’s a no brainer.
