With a low of 12 and a high of 218. The house right beside the one I am interested in sold in 15 days. The neighborhood is decent. Not the best, but far from the worst in town.

As kdhastedt is saying there is nothing a person can do to make a house sell for more or faster than the comps say they will go for. Get good recient comps. Same kind of house in the same subdivision same section.
