Investors primarily buy real estate for one or more the following reasons: rental income, appreciation and tax benefits. Rental income and appreciation can potentially be derrived through Cyber Real Estate which requires comparitvely little cash investment, incurs no real estate taxes or insurance and the transaction costs of buying & selling are far less.
