Court date 4-22-10 for eviction.

REO offer 55,000.

Neighborhood Comps-115,000 to 125,000

Question-Can I buy this back? Have a relative buy and lease to me.
Is it even possible for me to get financing now that my credit is trashed?

Instead of getting random advice, I’d suggest contacting the listing agent or lender and asking them directly.
I know if the situtation involved a short sale, then it would not be allowed.
Let us know how the lender is and what their response is…
