Does anyone know of a website that provides current and future real estate market trends for housing and rental markets across the U.S?
I wish there was a 100% way to predict the future… Maybe crystalball.com LOL
My Honest thoughts are where ever people are really trying to sale is where there really selling you on the idea that it is going to BOOM.
I also look for areas that have something major about to happen like…
Here in BAILEY Colorado… the road I live off of is going to connect to a major ski resort next summer. Currently it is about a 2 hour drive to the resort as soon as the road goes in it will be a 20 minute drive. The houses in that area that are the same size as the one I live in are selling for $900,000.00 to 1,500,000.00 I got mine for 280k.
Or I buy metro area for 60-80% L.T.V.
It is not your market it is your marketing.
Where’s the best place to start when searching for future land use within a city/county. I’m thinking the city/county planning board, maybe zoning board?
