Criminal and Credit Background

Still working on closing my first rental property, scheduled for Dec 22.

I can say one thing, I am getting an education real fast.

So I’m working on a folder to help make sure I don’t make the same mistakes twice.

Anyhow, I am wondering what websites are the best/reliable for running background checks. Where do the experts go to check the criminal histories, credit reports, etc…

Check w/ your local county Sheriff’s office or courthouse. There are many websites that will perform checks, but I’d check local sources too.

Other thank checking it online which is a quick way to get credit and history background, you can check it through the police of sherrif office r to your nearest real estate commission to check for backgrounds and history.
