I have recently been introduced to preconstruction opportunities in the Crested Butte Ski Resort area. My expertise has been in waterfront properties primarily through FL, but the thought of having that second home in a ski area is appealing not to mention getting some investments going on out there. I am curious to others knowledge of the area and experience in this ski resort market?
