Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how to do credit checks on prospective tenants/buyers?

When I sell a property using a Contract for Deed to a buyer and they put down $10K or more in several cases, my way of checking credit is to hold my finger over their wrist and if I feel a heartbeat, then there credit is just fine with me.
Now you can look online for agencies who will process a credit application for X amount of dollars, just type in Tenant Credit Check in your favorite search engine.
