Credit Checks

Last year I had to evict a tenant. Through the eviction process I got a judgement against the tenant. I attempted to have her wages garnished but wouldn’t you know it, she quite her job before I got the court papers to her employer. It has been a few months and I am hoping she found another job thinking I have given up. Can I legally run another credit check to see if she has a new job or address listed? My rental agreement that she signed states…

“Tenant consents to an employment and credit check along with an investigation of prior rental history through Landlord or Broker.”

Does this only apply to the initial credit check?

If I cannot legally do it, does anyone know of a reputable agency that I can contact for the collection? The judgement is from Arizona and the debtor lives in New Jersey.

Thank you
