What is a good website to buy a credit check on a potential tenant? Can you also recommend a site for a goo tenant lease application?

I use e-renter.com. I think that a number of the sites are similar in service and price.

I use http://www.ntnnet.com/ and they also have a forms library for members. It does credit and criminal background.
