Hi,

I was wondering, what are the many ways that I can purchase a commercial property for 900K if the owner is highly motivated, and I wanted to buy it, and become a a live-in manager (owner) of the residential building? I want to put in as little money as possible from my end. I am also a military veteran who has several properties under my belt. How can I finance this deal, or what are the many ways for me to approach the seller, and finance this property with a motivated seller?

Good afternoon,
How motivated is the seller? They may consider leasing the entire building to you and after a year of good management you could attempt your own financing.

The several properties under your belt…do you still own them? Any equity in them?
