Creating an LLC online in Massachuetts

  1. Should I create an LLC prior to buying a property or wait until I purchase a property then create the LLC?

  2. I would like to file the LLC online in massachuestts. One of the sections I must fill out reads: general character of business, and if the limited liability company is organized to render professional service, the service to be rendered…
    I am looking purchase property and renting out to tenents. How should I fill this section out.
