Creating a buyers list

Good afternoon all, my father and I are an investor team like many of you. However, as we are getting houses under contract we are lacking the buyers list who may be interested in our houses. Let me be upfront, we are honest about where we stand and do not do business based on lies we give the information with integrity and like to work with those who also think and do business the same way. I am asking if any of you have an idea on how to reach out to investors who have the capital to buy houses or direction to creating a good buyers list? Please if you need to speak to me please private message and I will get back with you. I look forward to your responses. Thank you!

Post the house on Craigslist.

Hi,
Here are some helpful tips to reach out to investors :-

  1. Build an AngelList Profile
  2. Create a Strategic List of Investors You’d Like to Meet With
  3. Thoughtfully Craft Your Own Introduction
  4. Combine your networks
  5. Give Investors a Reason to Reach Out to You
    Thanks!!

Hi,
MLS listing is the best way to attract buyers, so list a house on major real estate portals like Zillow, Trulia etc.
Some other options to bring buyers are social media, open houses and placing ad in local newspapers.
Thanks!!

Everyone’s suggestions are obviously great.

Another good one, if you have a deal, is to look at the houses in the surrounding neighborhoods for companies that purchased property in the last year. You can find their info on sunbiz, reach out to them about the deal. Most likely, they will be receptive and join your buyers list. Obviously, it’s better if you actually have a deal to pitch so they know you are legit.

My biggest suggestion is to use craigslist to build that list. That’s what I suggest because I have used that a ton. Just post a dummy ad.

Many ways to find buyers. If your numbers are good, you’ll never have to worry about finding a buyer.

Bandit signs work okay.

You could also buy a list of homeowners that have 100% equity, purchased in last 6 months, in your target area, and are absentee-owners. Then send them a postcard, or give them a call.

Go network at local REI clubs.

Facebook Groups are pretty good sources as well.

Here are some tips to make good buyer list:

  1. Bandit Signs
  2. Real Estate Agents
  3. Property Management Companies
  4. Tv Ads
  5. Community Business Organisations
  6. Craigslist
  7. Join Investor Clubs
  8. Home Inspectors
  9. FSBO Magazines
  10. Financial Planners

You could also use social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+. More than 1 billion people are active in Facebook alone, the connections and networks to find potential buyers and investors are great. Also, posting Ads in Craigslist can help meet potential investors.

Target buyers with a website. It works well for us.
