Craig's list hoax ad

I thought this (http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2004302237_webhoax24m.html) was rather humorous until I read a relative story last year about a landlord whose recently evicted tenant did the same thing to her (http://archives.seattletimes.nwsource.com/cgi-bin/texis.cgi/web/vortex/display?slug=webhouse05m&date=20070405). Maybe this is something we should try after setting out a tenant’s property.

So that is what the second ammendment is for.

Craig’s gets a lot of people to look, but I wonder sometimes what quality that traffic is. It’s too much of an “anything goes” atmosphere – anyone can post anything and the only real monitoring is the users themselves, who just might be inclined to not report a “free stuff” ad.
