I’m having a hard time locating a good and reliable CPA in South Florida mainly Palm Beach county. The CPA guy that I found doesn’t even know about the rule about 1031 exchange and he recommended me to do 1031 exchange for my flipped property. Luckily, I talked to one of my friend who got burnt from doing so. So now I’m back to sqare one looking for a good RE investor friendly CPA… Please help!!!
