CPA in another state OK?

My parents in CA and my wife and I in PA formed an LLC in 2006 which does its business in PA. My parents want to use their CPA in CA that they’ve used for years (we don’t have a CPA in PA). Are there any concerns we should have about whether a CPA in CA will know all the PA rules and regs?
