I have read a lot of posts where people have been waiting long periods of time to hear from countrywide. I faxed them a short sale package and no word in 2 weeks. Should I contact them? If so does someone have a phone number to that department? Thanks.
call them at least once a week. be nice and patient when calling, ALWAYS be on their good side.
