counrty wide what kind discount to expect

I am new to the Short Sell. I’ve done 3 of them and have 2 new ones with CountryWide. Can anyone tell me the % discount on a first mortgage with them? I offered 80% and it was declined without any counter offer. They stated that it was too low. The loan is a conventional loan. Thanks

PS what is the going percent rate to ask for on the 2nd mortgage???

I am on the same boat too… there’s a homeowner that has a 1st with Countrywide and they rejected mines as well.
