For the Pro’s, I have a few questions regarding cost of wholesaling…
I understand that I can get a house under contract and assign it to an investor without ever owning the property myself…But my questions are about the due diligence I need to perform and the cost of those. I know I need to get the title checked for liens, Title insurance, inspection which can cost upwards of $500 in
my area.
So my question is are all these fee’s in my due diligence just expenses I am going to have include every time I get an property under contract, even if my sole purpose is assign every contract to my end investors? I mean if I pay for an inspection and it cost $500, if I do not pursue this house, I’m out $500 it cost to get it inspected, correct?
I basically am asking what non refundable expenses will I incur when I just want to assign contracts?
