Has anyone here written their own bylaws? Did you purchase a particular template? Did you have an attorney write them up?

I am starting a new business (REI) in Florida and am seeking suggestions. I have read and read and I will be consulting my CPA but would like to know what others have done.

All respones are appreciated.

Howdy Bettysue:

I copied one and changed it to fit my company at the time. It is a non profit but can be changed to fit your needs too. I actually had to type it because my Mac at the time could not read Word.
