???Hi, to my fellow advertisers. How do you protect yourself from those who may and will try and use your style of advertising, slogans, commercials, Is there a place to copyright your advertisements so that if someone copied your direct style you could have some sort of recourse?
To copyright (intellectual property, authorship, system design, etc.), visit www.copyright.org, and to trademark (logos, symbols, service marks, pseudonyms, package design, signature sound, etc.) visit http://www.inta.org/.
These sites will also advise you as to what remedies might be available to you if you have been violated.
Do a google for trademarks and you will find the US GOV page… also hire a really good attorney
