After creating the contracts should I get them reviewed by an attorney before giving them to the seller? If so how much will this cost?
Correct me if I’m wrong but the tenant buyer will write the option fee check to the investor. Which he will then store in an Escrow account? Is this correct? If so how does one go about opening up an Escrow account and how long does the money need to be there until it can be withdrawn?
I know these may seem like dumb questions to some out there but I’m new to the investing field and am trying to learn everything about the business so I can complete my first deal successfully. I’m open to anyone’s advice and would like as much help as possible.
