Is it still difficult these days to receive low interest construction loan
Hi,
Construction financing is still available both as conventional and private money loans although conventional financing has become harder to qualify for and requires skin in the game including paid off land or a subordination of position. Private money is more flexible but more expensive, credit is not as important as skill, ability and track record and may not require any skin in the game if the financial picture and subordination agreements line up correctly!
