What can you do if you have a property under contract and the buyer finds out who the seller is and cuts you out of the deal???


If you have a legally signed contract with earnest money and an open escrow you have absolutely nothing to fear until you admit you can't perform if you have to close on your own.

You can not be cut out of a signed contract! However if you do not have multiple buyers on your buyers list and can not close on your own accord, eventually you will lose the property to another buyer.

It’s kind of like playing poker; you gotta know when to hold em, know when to fold them, know when to walk away, know when to run!
