Hello to all,
I have read alot of forums that talk about contracts. Where would I get those legal documents from? Do I have to create my own contracts or is there any where I can get them from? If I do create one, does it have to be approve by a lawyer or what? If anyone can explain this process to me that would be great.

Punkin, Contracts for what? Lease Options, Wholesaling, Land Contracts. What are you interested in? Always have an Attorney review them especially if they are of your own design. Herbster
You should be able to buy the ones that are used by Realtors in your state from a Real estate office.

But I am interested in wholesaling because I really dont have any funds to do much and I think that by wholesaling I can learn as I earn

For purchases and sales, use the standard forms for your state that RE agents use. Everyone already understands them.
For other types of contracts, you can use a kit as a starting point and have it vetted by a local attorney.
