Can someone tell me where I can find the contract forms to present to the sellers and investors for a wholesale deal? I’ve seen a few post where some have mentioned title companies don’t like to use forms they are not familiar with so I’d like to know where I can get the legal form that many of them are used to using. (I’m in Florida)

I’m in the same position as you are. I am new to wholesailing and I understand the process completely. I just don’t know where to find the contracts to present to sellers.
Wholesaling and flippng is done with a purchase and sale agreement with a right to assign clause.
I got my contracts out of a book by Jackie Lange, “Profits on Steroids” Find it on Amazon for a few buks. I thas the purchase and sales contract and also the Assignment of Contract. I’ve used both repeatably with no problems.
