Check ebay for estimating software.I purchased a very inexpensive CD several years ago that adjusts to your zip.I’ve found it to be reasonable accurate and gives you hourly rates on skilled trades .

Thanks. I found the 2009 National Construction
estimate Repair and Replacement book at Barnes and Noble Book Store for $64 (with CD)…only thumbed through it. Is the CD easier to follow?

Sorry for the delay in my reply, trying to get one closed in before the weather gets any worse in Northern Ohio. My understanding was that you needed to verify estimates you received from contractors,or are you interested in creating your own repair estimate .I have not looked at the book ,but assume it is similar to the CD just different form.
Not knowing your experience or Hands On makes it tuff to say how easy it will be for you to use.
Unable to do anything at work today,sub zero wind chill and snow, more coming tomorrow,probably be here so let me know if I can do anything more to help you .
