Can anyone tell me where to get a contract to do a wholesale deal in Texas?
If you can’t afford a lawyer to draft you a contract you should get to your REIA and network with investors there. There will be investors at the meetings who are trying to do what you are trying to.
Talk to them and build a relationship with them instead of just asking for a contract. Who knows maybe they can become a life long friend and you can work together on deals. Most likely one of the people you will meet will allow you to either look at their contract or they will give you a copy.
