My most recent bird dog recruiting campaign has been pretty successful and I find myself left with a simple question that I didn’t really think about before (don’t you hate when that happens? :banghead). The question is simple and I just want to take a quick poll. Do you use a written contract with your new bird dogs :deal or do you just operate on a verbal agreement? :beer .
