Can anyone point me to, or share with me a purchase contract for CT?

Just a standard purchase and sells agreement will do. The gurus always say it needs to be state specific but that’s just to get you to buy their course.

In some states you can print out the officially-approved board of Realtor’s purchase agreements.

Or you might contact a title company and ask where you can get a purchase agreement you can use in your state.
