How can i get a contract that states that the agent will get his full commision if the seller agree to a wholesale price i submit to the agent thats NOT the price listed??

I think I see what Moe is asking. I had to read it a few times though lol.
It doesn’t matter what the sales price ends up being, that’s not the concern…if a house is listed for $100k and the seller accepts $80k then the deal will simply be written up at $80k. The agent will get the agreed-upon percentage or dollar amount based on that price or whatever is agreed upon by the seller, buyer, or whoever is paying them.
Don’t worry about the contract, you’ll be using the Realtor’s. And you can be assured that agent will see to it he/she gets his/her due commission.
