Any investors here in Ohio who can tell me for sure if contract assignments (for lease option deals or wholesaling) are legal? I know a lot of people do them but I have heard from a few realtors and attorneys that it is not. Perhaps John Hyre or some of the other pros out there can help? Thanks!
