Hi,
Property management companies generally manage properties, they do not own them!
I think property management companies would violate there client relationship if they gave you information on who owns property they manage.
However, you can call on properties for rent and acquire as to whether the owner is an investor? You can call on property ads for homes for sale and acquire as to whether the owner is an investor?
You can place a ficticious ad on Craigs List for a 3 bdrm / 2 bth home for sale please call 123-4567 and say “Oh sorry, the 3 bdrm is gone but if I can get your name and number I will call you back when we have another one, should be real soon”!
You can advertise a $150k FMV home for sale for $75k, needs a $30k rehab, please call 123-4567 and then say “Sorry we made a deal this morning but if you’ll give me your name and number we’ll call you back as soon as we find another one”
There are a lot of ways to build your buyers list!

believe it or not I am starting to see that churches are becoming more and more interested cash buyers of homes that us wholesalers get under contract. Just thought I would share that with you. Think outside the box a little, and it appears that’s what you’re doing. Keep pushing, you’ll do fine.
